Keep the fields separate
The FMC licensing page is the place to check current requirements. This directory helps you read the stored record, where these fields answer different questions:
| Field | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Organization number | Finding the exact FMC organization record. |
| License number | Reading the license value stored in that record. |
| Classification | Reading whether the stored record is NVOCC, FF, or both. |
| Register presence | Seeing whether this row is in the collected register or retained as historical. |
| Renewal date | Reading the date stored in the record, when present. |
A listed row and a non-empty license field are separate facts. A missing license value is Not listed in this source, not a conclusion about compliance.
