Find the record first
Use the FMC OTI directory. A six-digit organization number is the cleanest starting point; a legal name, trade name, license number, or location can also narrow the search.
- Match the organization number and legal name.
- Read classification, license, location, and register presence as separate fields.
- Open the full record for "A" PACIFIC EXPRESS, ENTERPRISES to see dated bonds, tariff references, notices, and source links when present.
What the lookup shows
